I saw this ad on Facebook about this new company, a new website that promises to deliver your items within the day. If you’re tired of waiting for 4-6 days for your items from Lazada and Shopee, this seems like a great relief.
So I tried ordering from this new player and boy, I was in for a surprised. I ordered a slim power bank just to test if they could deliver on their promise. I ordered the item around 4am and I paid via debit card through their payment partner Paynamics.
I made a follow-up around 7am. I was told it could take up to 8pm for the delivery. I was also informed that it’s curbside delivery. So I waited for a text or call. I didn’t received any.
By 7:00 pm I made another follow-up and boom – I was told the payment didn’t push through. I was so pissed off so I just called it a day.
This morning around 11 am I made a follow-up. I was advised that their accounting department is still figuring it out in spite of proof of payment via screenshots of confirmed deduction. The most surprising thing was I was told it will take days for them to figure out what happened. Days
I suddenly remember the saying, when something is too good to be true – it’s probably is, too good to be true. Prime Goods PH and their promise of same day delivery is similar to that.
What a “great” new player in terms or delivery and customer service.
