Poblacion, Malabuyoc, Cebu Province (in Pictures)

Malabuyoc is a coastal municipality in the island province of Cebu.

The municipality has a land area of 69.27 square kilometers or 26.75 square miles which constitutes 1.40% of Cebu's total area. Its population as determined by the 2020 Census was 19,770. This represented 0.59% of the total population of Cebu province, or 0.24% of the overall population of the Central Visayas region. Based on these figures, the population density is computed at 285 inhabitants per square kilometer or 739 inhabitants per square mile. Malabuyoc has 14 barangays. (PhilAtlas)

The main church is named after St Nicholas of Tolentino (San Nicolas de Tolentino). It’s also a beautiful church but is very near the road so the vista is not that good. The parish priest should really do something about the vista and the nearby concrete fence.

There’s also a plaza with a seaside view just across the church.

I’m not certain if this M Lhuillier shop is taken in Ginatilan or Malabuyoc.

The plaza across the church has a nice view of the sea.
