From Bogo City, I took a bus en route to Cebu City but I took off at the town of Sogod. I initially planned to go to Borbon but It’s on a different route. Sogod is one of those small towns but is charming. Both the municipal hall and the church is located on a hill. I have to climb a flight of stairs to reach the church dedicated to the Immaculate Concepcion.
The market is very small though. I thought it’s just a talipapa. There’s also a Rizal Monument in front of the municipal hall. After Sogod, I also visited the towns of Catmon, Carmen, Danao City, and Liloan before resting at Cebu City for my 3rd day of this tour.
